5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Very bad experience, I just moved from London to Glasgow, and was looking an apartment near my work place, got to one of the listings and went for viewing through property bureau, Rachel Brown emailed me about the confirmation and everything, but when I went to the location in Balloch 1 riverside court, there I met some other lady bcoz Rachel was on leave she took me to the apartment and told me to view by my self and she left.<br>After 3 days Rachel emailed me the application from I sent the form bcoz I was in need of a house, then again after few days she emailed me for holding deposit which is illegal in Scotland so I asked her to explain bcoz there are scammers also but after more than a week today she emailed me asking “ do you want to go forward” like what an unprofessional behaviour if you guys don’t want to then don’t waste our time

I am very grateful for the work she has done to help me get to where I am now with the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgable state agent.

13th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Rettie were by far the most unhelpful agents possible. I had an issue with the radiator which I kept asking them about and they refused to help for over 3 weeks in the depths of winter! I had to buy a heated blanket. Then there was a gas issue which they never told us about which we had to get sorted ourselves. Finally, upon leaving the property, Rettie decided to claim there was a stain on the bed underside and deducted a huge amount of deposit even though the stain was there originally. I would never ever use Rettie again!

We really valued their expertise and knowledge of the local market, as we wanted to buy in the same postcode. Let’s face it, buying and selling a home is stressful, but we felt that Corum was on our side the whole time!<br>So many thanks to you all, Corum West End!

From Day 1, there was no 'Sales' pitch, just honest good advice and i immediately trusted them - they new the market inside out! The sale of our flat was slightly complex but we worked through a strategy together and the outcome exceeded all our expectations. WE worked together and they made it so easy for us. 24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

She went above and beyond for us, really fought our corner to help us get the house we wanted, and took the time to show us around and make sure we were happy and comfortable with everything.<br><br>Sophie was also brilliant and always on hand whenever we had a question or needed to make a call. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and having someone so helpful and approachable made the whole process feel so much easier.<br><br>Buying a home can be stressful, but the team at Wrights of Campsie made the experience as smooth and positive as possible. 22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We recently started renting with Property Bureau (Bearsden) and it is safe to say they are a wonderful team, who are very friendly and professional throughout the entire process of beginning our journey renting the company. Our experience throughout the beginning of the process was very smooth and well communicated, which made everything a lot less intimidating. The team are so lovely and are fantastic at making sure we were in the loop and answering any questions we had. A special mention to Nicky is well deserved too, as she made this experience for us so easy and stress free. We would happily reccomend renting with Property Bureau. Thank you! :)

22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I rented through this branch (Slater Hogg & Howison, West End). The landlord served a Notice to Leave and I ended the tenancy early. Since checking out in August, getting my unused rent refunded has been slow and frustrating.<br><br>The refund took many weeks and repeated chasing.<br>The branch confirmed a refund amount in writing, but a later head-office complaint response offered a lower amount without a clear explanation of the difference.<br>I received conflicting answers from different people and was passed between the branch and head office.<br>As of 20 October 2026, I have not received the rent refund.<br><br>I have a formal complaint open and will update this review once it is resolved. Clearer communication and prompt handling of client money would have made a big difference.<br><br>Update: the rent refund was eventually paid on 22 October, after several weeks of chasing and a formal complaint.
