8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)I have always had a pretty low view of estate agents until I decided to chose Gascoigne Halman to sell my house and their team was so good that I even bought my new house through them. Sam who sold my house just went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Yes the estate agent gets a fee but she did work that was more than expected. All of the team were a pleasure to communicate with, Debbie, Ben, Sarah, Andrea there was always someone to answer the phone and deal with my query. I had to go in personally today with flowers and a card to thank them all. 11th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would just like to thank everyone at Edward Mellor for their help and support in selling my parents home which wasnt straightforward and involved a legal process to get the job done.<br>Because of the nature of the sale i was assigned a very experienced and specialised agent Amy Hardman who was superb,she is very professional has 100% dedication and very very good indeed,not just that i felt she really cared,was really supportive during the stressful times in what was a difficult sale,she is the person you want helping you in getting it done.<br>I can’t thank her enough,she was an absolute legend!<br>Kind Regards<br>John
