10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .

The whole team were involved at various times and the communication from them was excellent. The anxiety that we all experience at these times disappeared and the process was actually enjoyable! We would like to particularly acknowledge Ollie Bean, whose enthusiasm and attention to detail was outstanding. Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.

Selling a family home after a bereavement is not like an ordinary sale, and he understood that without needing it explained. He never pushed, and dealt with everything sensitively while still getting on with the job properly. His advice on price and presentation was realistic - which is always what you need! - and he kept us informed at every stage. We're so grateful to him. Above all, Darren's a gentleman to deal with. Unhesitatingly recommended.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I have an enormous amount of gratitude as well as respect and admiration for how Nick succeeded with the most difficult buyers to reach exchange yesterday. Having sold properties both in France and Ireland and an exchange in the UK yesterday it was clear from the start that Nick had the sellers interest at heart unlike previous agents internationally who were putting the buyer first. That said Nick brought a wealth of knowledge to many problems another agent had not the skill set to solve. Nick was at all times on the ball in a professional capacity with super communication and succeeded on exchange for me yesterday. I cannot thank him personally enough and rate him or his firm more highly. Thank you Noble Estates.
