10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .

The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.

1st May 2026 (26 weeks ago)Called to enquire about renting spoke to a lady called Jo who identified as the sales and letting manager very unprofessional and abrupt boarderline ….. further attempt of communication was met with no response would never answer or return my calls this lead me to take business else where . To sum them up very unprofessional,rude,incompetent and would recommend not using this company AVOID and carry on with you day

They gave us understandable guidance, the valuation was right, and they kept us informed and worked hard to ensure everyone involved in the transaction was kept up to date. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Massive thank you to Clare! Finding a place had been so stressful but as soon as we viewed a property with Clare we felt so comfortable. They were upfront about everything, would take my calls when I was worried things weren't moving along, and they even gave us a little welcoming home gift. One of the only letting agents I would consider using again as they made the experience smooth and less stressful, and they actively took an instrest in what we wanted as renters which was very nice after previous experiences

Selling a family home after a bereavement is not like an ordinary sale, and he understood that without needing it explained. He never pushed, and dealt with everything sensitively while still getting on with the job properly. His advice on price and presentation was realistic - which is always what you need! - and he kept us informed at every stage. We're so grateful to him. Above all, Darren's a gentleman to deal with. Unhesitatingly recommended.

Communication was excellent throughout right up to completion. And it didn’t feel like you were just a number, I would 100% recommend Phil, very genuine and straightforward and he got the job done with very specific requirements! I can honestly say I do not have one negative thing to say. Thankyou Phil!
