Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made a huge difference, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and approachable in the property industry. 4th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.

They shared feedback and assisted the sale once we had a buyer by facilitating communication and giving sound advice. Most of the staff at Roy Brooks are female. I would recommend them.

19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)It's a good job flats in London largely sell themselves. The property was great, but I wouldn't choose to deal with this branch again. During viewings, the estate agent seemed barely present and offered very little information or engagement. Communication was noticeably better with other agencies I dealt with during my search. It was a shame that I had to deal with KFH to secure a property I otherwise really liked.
25th Feb 2019 (7 years ago)I have tried to rent through them two years ago and they were useless. I thought to give them a second chance and still the same. Rude if you call the office, slow response or not response at all if you email enquiring a property.

His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.

The staff at the Sydenham branch have always been very helpful. Harrison White was our main contact through the process of selling our flat in Penge. Harrison has been a great support and continuosly kept us informed throughout the selling process. We have benefittet from his expertise, and it has been very reassuring and a delight to have had him as our selling agent. Harrison has recently moved to the Peckham branch.<br>Charles and Elin

2nd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked. We have since used another company and have had a terrible experience, so thought I would leave a review having realised Classic were pretty good all in all.
