They sold my flat in just two weeks, and from start to finish the service was excellent.<br><br>Selling a property is never stress free, but the team did everything they could to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Their communication throughout was fantastic.I was always kept up to date, they were proactive, responsive, and genuinely felt invested in getting the sale over the line.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone involved for your professionalism, hard work and support, especially Jason the sales negotiator. She has made this tenancy process seem scarily easy, all with a smile she has dotted all the I’s and crossed all the T’s. From the very beginning right through to completion, she was there every step of the way, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well managed.<br><br>Lynne was always proactive, approachable and incredibly responsive. She was constantly chasing things up, getting answers to our questions quickly, and keeping everyone moving in the right direction. It genuinely felt like she was invested in making sure everything progressed as efficiently as possible.<br><br>Her communication was excellent throughout, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Having someone so knowledgeable, dependable and involved from beginning to end made a huge difference to our experience.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lynne to anyone buying or selling a property. They put in extra hours on evenings and weekends (including Sunday) to get us settled super quickly. Would highly recommend the KFH team - especially Temi and Anita.

She helped deal with tricky buyer's and got an offer on my flat not long after coming onboard.<br>I would say before this I wasn't overly impressed at the start, with the property overvalued and few other aspects but overall they got the job done which is what matters at the end of the day.- 9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)Overall I had a good experience selling my flat with KFH. From the very first conversation she was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.<br><br>Tippi clearly knows the local area well and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. The property was well presented, and she highlighted the key features (the modern fitted kitchen and the en-suite to the principal bedroom) without any hard sell. Communication was excellent throughout .she was quick to respond, clear with information, and made arranging a viewing completely straightforward.<br><br>What stood out most was how approachable and reliable she was. Buying or renting can be stressful, but Tippi made the process feel easy and well-managed. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in St Pauls Cray or the surrounding area. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and, thanks to her exceptional attention to detail and understanding of my needs, she helped me find an apartment that I am genuinely so happy with.<br><br>As this was my first time purchasing a property in the UK, there were many parts of the process that were completely new to me.
