They charged 1% which is very competitive and we secured a very fair price for our Victorian semi and were moving within 4 months. They responded quickly and were always friendly and helpful, even supporting us with contact on their days off! We are most grateful to Beth, especially for her support in what is a very stressful time in life, many thanks.
26th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)In a difficult market Richard and team did a brilliant job. Great communication from start to finish. We loved the cards that house viewers filled in to give instant feedback when they looked around. Mark Revill were ambitious but realistic. I will use them again.

10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!

28th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Jane and Stuart are two of the most professional Estate Agents my wife and I have dealt with. Although they found a buyer for our property relatively quickly, the buyers solicitor was extremely slow and inefficient. However, Jane and Stuart worked hard to complete the sale and kept us informed and updated during the whole process. Their fees are extremely competitive, they are centrally located and provide an excellent service. Highly recommend.
6th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)James from G&S was excellent, very helpful and not at all pushy or salesy. I found him very knowledge and just a really nice guy, so patient and happy to help as well. I have to say I felt very safe in his hands, which I found reassuring when lettiing my home. I felt I was seen as a person and not just another deal that needed to get signed off quickly. Within a week James had organised 5 couples to view and then he went through each applicant with me, stating their strengths or weaknesses as tenants. I felt that he wouldn’t have let me go forward with anyone he didn’t feel would be a good choice. They also organise everything you need, the EPC, gas and electric safety checks and itinerary. Nothing was too much trouble. I would whole heartedly recommend G&S, they’ve got it right, and the office is more accessible for parking being just outside of the main town.

After our offer was accepted we had Nic who helped to guide us through and provide an easy conduit to our sellers. We would highly recommend them.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
