5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Loved using Batchellor Monkhouse to sell my home. I primarily worked with Emily who was super but everyone in the office was always up to speed on developments. Great attention was taken to the photos and listing. All the agents who would show the house came round in advance to get a feel for the place. Tough market and BM delivered. Grade II* listed house with lots of quirks sold and very happy in new home.

4th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Have used David Jordan and cannot fault his service or his team’s professionalism. Have had dealings with other local agents in the past where in each case either minor basic errors by the staff or the clear financial gain objective of the ownership have adversely affected their performance in a way that has never been remotely the case at Jordan’s.
17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?

They are very prompt with repairs or anything other issues that we’ve had. They are a very approachable team and am so glad we found them. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always there for us. If there was an award I could give, these are the people I would give it to. Really excellent customer service Thank you ????????

22nd Mar 2020 (5 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.

10th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I had an excellent experience selling my property with Neville & Neville Estate Agents, and in particular working with Francis, who was outstanding from start to finish. Francis originally found my buyer and handled the negotiations brilliantly, securing a result I was very happy with. What really impressed me though was his dedication throughout the entire process. He managed the sales progression and chasing exceptionally well, keeping everything moving and ensuring I always knew exactly where things stood. He always provided viewing feedback the same day and was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me within the day whenever I had questions. Francis also made a point of giving me weekly updates, even when there was nothing new to report, just to make sure I was always kept fully informed. Selling a property can be stressful, but he kept me calm throughout and took the time to explain each stage of the process so I fully understood what was happening. One thing I particularly appreciated was that he continued arranging viewings right up until exchange of contracts. This meant I had backup buyers in place in case anything went wrong or the existing buyer tried to renegotiate — which ultimately protected me and gave me great peace of mind. What really sets Neville & Neville Estate Agents apart from other estate agents is their level of communication, care and attention to detail throughout the process. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely recommend Neville & Neville Estate Agents, especially Francis, for his professionalism, communication and commitment to achieving the best outcome for their clients.

They were so professional and were fantastic at communicating so we always knew what was going on with the sale of our property. If viewings had taken place we got feedback every time, the went above and beyond. Our only regret was not engaging them sooner and wasting time and money with a different agent. They are an awesome team and even looked after our buyer to help the sale move on quickly. Cannot thank them enough.
4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)The reviews speak for themselves! We’ve recently purchased a house from them and genuinely can’t recommend them enough…if I could give more than 5 stars I would! We initially weren’t sure whether we wanted to rent or buy and had contacted a few different companies in the area/went in and provided our details (I heard back from none of them except for Hetti at Ralph James within an hour of contacting them). She is the reason we now have a house! Her communication was excellent, she is transparent, friendly and very trustworthy. I will only use RJ in future! Thank you Hetti! I would also highly recommend using their suggestions for solicitors and mortgage broker, both of which were excellent.
