What you get with these guys is more than an estate agency service, but rather a company that truly understands what moving home means and how it impacts everyone involved. Always professional, going the extra mile and with the most wonderful care and attention. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Cameron, who showed us around, was polite, professional, and well organised throughout. He answered all of our questions clearly and provided the information we needed without hesitation. 17th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?

They have been so supportive, excellent communicators and they have found wonderful tenants for the flat. 10th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!

Mark gave thoughtful advice and guidance throughout the process, marketed the property very effectively and found the right purchasers, all of which enabled the sale to be brought to a successful conclusion with a minimum of fuss. Mark kept us fully informed along the way. Great service!
7th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars
18th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)HSH were excellent throughout and managed to sell our property in Eastbourne in difficult circumstances and when the market was slow. Steve (Davies) at HSH was particularly helpful and went above and beyond to push the sale across the line. Recommended!
22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.

23rd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Thomas and his team were efficient, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Whatever we needed answering, support or chasing they were on it quickly. Thomas knew exactly what we wanted/needed in a home. Francis gave us updates weekly, daily towards exchange and completion. Also a big Thank You to Adele too. We are in our forever home and it's all Thanks to Thomas and his team.

They were so professional and were fantastic at communicating so we always knew what was going on with the sale of our property. If viewings had taken place we got feedback every time, the went above and beyond. Our only regret was not engaging them sooner and wasting time and money with a different agent. They are an awesome team and even looked after our buyer to help the sale move on quickly. Cannot thank them enough.

He was very friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain things clearly without making me feel pressured at all. He answered all my questions (even the basic ones!) and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and informative. As a first-time buyer, that made a big difference. Would definitely recommend if you’re new to the process and want someone approachable and helpful ??????

He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives. After making an offer, Ashley managed the negotiations and kept us informed about progress, always returning calls and emails without delay.
21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)We've gone through Connells to rent out our property in Haywards Heath and have been very happy with them. I've been dealing with Ellie who's been lovely, she has been very patient with me as Ive had to refer to the contract with her because I didn't understand a few things and she was able to clear them up for me so I understood it. Our property wasn't online very long before we had interest in it and has now had tenants move in.
