If I could leave him an extra star I would! He went above and beyond anything we’ve experienced when buying previously. He supported and guided us throughout the whole process and was always on hand to chat through any challenges during the legal process. He was professional, knowledgeable and an all round good guy! 25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have used Lextons before and would recommend them without hesitation. The admin staff who greet you at the front desk, Laoisa and Ruth, are friendly and professional, and if I ever had a query they usually answered my email within 30 mins. Its easy to get through on the phone, and the staff all know where everyone is - and they always ring you back. I think the photographer they use is superb - I've used other agents, and this guy is great. Wish I could give him a name check! James came and valued my flat, Rob conducted the sale and I felt entirely confident that they would get me the best result. The solicitors they recommended were extremely responsive and professional, and all in all, it was a simple and straightforward process. High Five, all at Lextons, and thank you.
