We requested a valuation. The person who came to visit our property was despondent and showed no interest what so ever in our questions. We were given no information on how the estate agency works the fees. Just a pamphlet show similar properties sold in our area. These were from other estate agents, so the moment they left I arranged for them to visit. Already had fabulous service and communication from the other estate agencies. Awful. Awful experience with Reades , we completed an application for a tenancy and heard nothing back , chased again after a week to be told the forms were lost, we had to do it again, we still didn’t hear I called the next day to then be told we will call you back. I was then emailed that afternoon to be told , you can’t have the property they won’t allow a dog!!!<br>I then emailed again a couple of weeks ago about another rental but no response !! Thankfully we have now found somewhere with another company with much higher standard of customer service ! Avoid this place... Read more

Called this company to view this property on Bull Bay Rd. firstly my call was not returned When I eventually got through a rude man told me I could not view the property as they already have enough viewers, I asked for a call back if the property did not sell and I was told that this also was not possible. I then asked if I could make an offer with out seeing the property he said no Personally I found his attitude disgusting unhelpful and very abrupt and if it were my property he was selling I would be very disappointed in his service...
