19th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone as they were deliberately ruined my almost done deal with the landlord a commercial property in Halstead High street Without valid reason the agent cancelled my application and r relisted The property with higher rent All credit checks done and full deposit was made on December 2025 And cancelled on April 2026 Ridiculous amount of time was wasted by this agent very unprofessional , Agent were Demanding more security for Landlord even I offered 6months of Deposits But not respected, Landlord was happy But not the agent, Because of thir Greed they wanted to increase rent and finaly they relisted with higher rent asking AVOID THEM

Highly professional, extremely efficient and always exceptionally good at keeping us updated with any necessary information. They are both so easy to approach and were able to help with any issues speedily and efficiently. Extremely grateful for all their assistance over the 10 years we have known them.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly. 10th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)I called Jamie at One Call Property Solutions Ltd to fit blinds which i ordered from Blinds Direct. It came with top fit fixture to fit within the recess. This meant the screw had to go through the lintel which was a difficult job. Jamie made it look easy and fitted the blinds on the same day. This is my second time calling them with bits and bob around the house. They do amazing job and leave the place clean as well. Looking forward to using the again in the future.
