Olivia was very responsive during the whole process and helped to chase the process through with the buyers’. However, the valuation I was given was too high and I was forced to reduce the price to get a sale.

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Communication is non-existent, had to chase them about getting feedback from each viewing. Initial meetings were great, but as soon as the house was put on the market, the communication stopped.
