The sales progression team were particularly helpful. Keeping us up to date as things moved (or didn't) along. Talking to Becki when I was despairing that we would ever move really helped. I could definitely recommend John German

Olivia was very responsive during the whole process and helped to chase the process through with the buyers’. However, the valuation I was given was too high and I was forced to reduce the price to get a sale.
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend at all! We brought a house through bagshaws mickolover branch! They would never answer the phone! Then when we eventually got in touch after ringing the derby branch which were brilliant and really helpful they got in touch with them to tell them to call us back! I then received a phone call of a rude man from mickolover branch who basically said unless you leave a voicemail no one will call back! Why have a phone line if no one answers! Only if there is a voicemail? Really unprofessional and wouldn’t buy an house through them again!
