I have never before experienced such a poor service. Emails and messages go unanswered and when you are able to make contact they are rude and unprofessional. The whole of our chain has completed and moved apart from those using Bagshaws. As the solicitors are also part of their chain/group this has become increasingly difficult to get a clear idea of what is going on. Yes I have made a formal complaint, after being denied access to this process.
