Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean".
