3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

The team was always responsive, answered all my questions patiently, and kept me updated throughout the process.<br>A special thanks to Ethan for his support and prompt communication. Having her in charge of the property provides peace of mind.
4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)I understand the property market is extremely congested at the moment, but my experience with this agency went beyond what can reasonably be explained by high demand. There was a clear lack of transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, information about the property’s status was unclear, and I was never given a fair opportunity to view the property. No clear explanation was provided as to why viewings were handled the way they were. While competition is expected, basic professionalism, ethical conduct, and open communication should still apply. Unfortunately, this experience felt neither transparent nor equitable, and it has left me questioning the agency’s standards. I hope the agency reflects on this feedback and improves how prospective clients are treated going forward.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Top notch experience renting through them. They have been as quick as humanly possible arranging for any emergencies to get resolved and their staff go above and beyond. Our fridge broke down during a heatwave, James went to Slough for a replacement when there weren't any that would fit in the local stores. When out of hours issue have come up Emma has been super patient and responsive. All together, everyone we have interacted with has been stellar.

Always picking up phone calls, always there to help no matter the question, always on top of things. They even gave us a lovely house warming present with a drawing of the house at the end of the process! Thanks again!

Charlie & Lewis were great - really great - always contactable, consistently progressed the move proactively and generally a nice team to work with. If considering the associated DT Conveyancing company I would recommend doing research but the chaps from DT estate agents were brilliant. Big thank you to them
21st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I am still in the process of moving house, however so far, Connor and David at Who Property have been brilliant. Connor valued the house and the following weekend took all the photos and video tour of the property, and within a couple of days the property advert was live. Back-to-back viewings were booked for the weekend after, with multiple offers (including two above asking price) were received on the day. Connor and David have been very responsive throughout the process, and supported me with queries relating both to my sale, and the property I am hoping to buy. Overall, I am delighted with how easy the process has been so far, and would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell in the surrounding area! Update 2 months later: I can't seem to add a new review, however having now completed the sale, I thought it would be helpful to add an update. Connor and David have been responsive, friendly and fantastic throughout the whole sale (and even checking in after moving in to my new house!). They worked well will my solicitors, chased all other parties where needed, and worked hard to keep the sale moving as quickly as possible, while keeping me updated.
