1st Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We have had dealings with Woodleys Estate Agents over a number of years both selling and buying of properties, as well as renting. The service, communication and advice they have always given us has been excellent. In particular Mark, Mike and Gareth who were totally on top of negotiations and efficient in deputising for each other when required. All In all this company and its employees acted both professionally and honest with us at all times. They were a pleasure to work with and we can 100% recommend them. In addition we rented a property out through Woodleys with Aidan representing us, who likewise had very high professional standards and guided us through the whole process from advertising to selecting a tenant. Again we recommend this side of the business too. Mark, Mike, Gareth and Aiden are a credit to Woodleys and clearly showed integrity and professionalism throughout our dealings with them, but we also had a good many funny moments and laughter en route. 3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!
1st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently viewed a property in Southmoor which we really loved, fully aware it required a significant amount of work. We initially offered £378,000, and Graham contacted us to push £380,000, suggesting we increase our offer to secure the property. Reluctantly, we agreed as we didn’t want to lose it. Given the age of the property (1960s), we arranged a survey, which highlighted several issues. As a result, we submitted a revised offer to reflect the additional work required. Around the same time, we revisited the property and noticed that three fence panels were down, including one on our side. When I raised this with Graham, his response was dismissive, describing it as “only cosmetic,” which felt inappropriate given the rising cost of materials and repairs. Throughout the process, Graham’s attitude came across as dismissive and, at times, rude. Communication lacked professionalism, and we often felt our concerns were being minimised. We later received an email stating that the beneficiary’s husband, who is apparently a builder of 45 years, had dismissed the issues raised in the survey. This response felt unconstructive and contradictory, particularly as relatively minor issues like the fencing had not been addressed. Overall, the process raised multiple red flags, both in terms of communication and transparency. Unfortunately, our experience has been negative, and we would not feel confident dealing with this estate agent again and I would recommend other people to be aware of them.
25th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Review for Nikki Gardner<br><br>Only reason for 5 stars is due to it being the max allowed to give, otherwise there would be more<br><br>Rental sector is not an easy one to navigate, but through all the complications and hard work required at times, Nikki has done her best to work the landlord to get compliance done. Having her in charge of the property provides peace of mind.

21st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I am still in the process of moving house, however so far, Connor and David at Who Property have been brilliant. Connor valued the house and the following weekend took all the photos and video tour of the property, and within a couple of days the property advert was live. Back-to-back viewings were booked for the weekend after, with multiple offers (including two above asking price) were received on the day. Connor and David have been very responsive throughout the process, and supported me with queries relating both to my sale, and the property I am hoping to buy. Overall, I am delighted with how easy the process has been so far, and would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell in the surrounding area! Update 2 months later: I can't seem to add a new review, however having now completed the sale, I thought it would be helpful to add an update. Connor and David have been responsive, friendly and fantastic throughout the whole sale (and even checking in after moving in to my new house!). They worked well will my solicitors, chased all other parties where needed, and worked hard to keep the sale moving as quickly as possible, while keeping me updated. I would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell/buy in the local area. It really was 5 star service and I am thankful to Connor and David for all of their support!
