It is not a no sell no fee. Be very careful if you decide to go with them. I talk with richard to begin with them. They strongly recommend me to go sol agency. And told me after 4 months. I will be free to cancel and withdrawal or add multiple agency without extra chargres. I wasnot careful enough to read all the small prints of the contract thinking it will be a standard one. And richard already confirmed and guranteen me on the phone. So i trusted him and took his words for it at that time. Now 4 months later. I was told i need to pay a withdrawal fee for 350 if i want to make any alterations. And the time is indefinite. I feel that they have keep my house in hostage. Where i cant leave unless i pay them to get out of the hook.... Read more
