29th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Initial interactions were good - first visit, advertising and finding a tenant. Day to day management has been appalling - long response times, bad attitude, rude, inefficient (staff don't know what other staff are doing), have caused problems by promising things to my tenant and then refusing to follow through, not impressed with their service for repairs - told me they had trades people they regularly use but provided very expensive quotes so I ended up having to employ my own trades people to undertake any work. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid!

Very professional sales negotiator listened to what we required never pushy to get a sale. Emily reassured us about everything we needed to know and made our meeting less stressful after explaining the process. Emily is now looking after our sale.
