23rd Aug 2026 (0 days ago)Based on my current experience of Taylors, no I would not recommend them. I was terribly disappointed mainly due to the communication side. Telephone system not operating, feedback are not done very well. I believe that communication is absolutely essential between the Agent the seller and of course, the buyer when one gets a buyer. However, hopefully they will have learned from their experience with myself and have every opportunity of improving what they do going forward. I wish them well.

Even when things became difficult and complicated, they stuck by me and continued to be helpful, patient and understanding from start to finish.<br><br>They dealt with all the complexities of my situation professionally and made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. Communication was always great, and they kept me updated and helped wherever they could.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful to both Poppy and Alex for their time, patience and effort in helping me secure my new place. Took his time to listen to us and ensure that our property was marketed in the best way. He gave an accurate estimate of our property’s value. Photos were excellent and helped to sell our house I’m sure. Several viewings were secured quickly and our house sold at above the asking price within days. The sales negotiator was experienced and helped us to secure a really good price. All was done quickly but we didn’t feel rushed and were kept updated at every stage. All in all a good experience and we are happy sellers.

R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.
