7th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)No. Just no. Constant trespassing on property by teens, old enough to know better, have led us to complain - to no avail.l, so must go civil, apparently. They wait until we are not home, throwing balls at house, or playing on our patio, uninvited and while we are out, until one of them gets hurt on our owned property, we are left responsible. Countless emails to this agent, and videos. Was asked by police if I wanted to file a formal report and said no, thinking this agent would be reasonable as in, how would he like it if this were happening to him? A decision I regret, but now see this is harassment of us, as two older women living together, alone, perhaps, to regard us with interpreted LGBT discrimination? Or probably seen as vulnerable? Not sure which…because I cannot understand why an agent wouldn’t want to ensure the peace and safety of surrounding properties, and their owners. Makes no sense. Also, These are Not children - teens, old enough to know better. Tried speaking, kindly, to one of the mothers of these kids only to be sworn at for all neighbourhood to hear. Sent to agent - nothing. Rules for freehold property ownership not being upheld, and intimidation and harassment of two older women living alone.

I had an extremely frustrating and complicated chain, with a particularly difficult situation further down the chain, and throughout it all, Regan was absolutely outstanding.<br>Regan took everything in his stride and went far above and beyond what could reasonably have been expected of him. His resilience, professionalism, ability to think several steps ahead and willingness to deal with people and issues that were not even part of his job were second to none. He was proactive, persistent and completely committed to keeping the chain moving and getting me over the line.<br>Quite simply, without Regan’s determination, support and constant efforts, I genuinely believe the chain could have fallen apart. He is an absolute asset to Michael Graham, and the company should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing them.<br>I would also like to praise the wider team. Whenever Regan wasn't in the office, I was always greeted with a warm welcome from Roger, Rob, Harry and Stephanie. Whoever I spoke to, I was met with the same helpful, professional and can-do attitude. Everyone took ownership, offered help and made things happen. There was never any passing the buck or being told, “He isn't in, you'll have to wait.” Instead, everyone did their best to help and keep things moving.<br>Moving house can be stressful enough without a difficult chain, but having such a supportive, proactive and genuinely lovely team behind me made a huge difference.<br>Regan deserves special recognition, but the whole team deserves credit. They are a real credit to Michael Graham, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.<br>A genuinely great team and an absolute joy to deal with. 20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I had a few estate agents come and assess my house for selling in todays market, all of them prepared me for a hard market, to keep my expectations minimal, id be lucky to breakeven.<br>Then, entered stuart. He told me not only would it likely be a quick sale, but id turn a tidy profit, given the feedback i had from the other estate agents i felt maybe he was trying to selling me a dream, but i gave Stuart the opportunity to prove me wrong.<br>The very next day he had a viewing ready from his list of buyers who he said would be interested. The viewing went amazingly and they bought it for the asking price that Stuart set which was far higher than i imagined id be able to achieve.<br>I need to also mention that this house didnt even make it onto rightmove or any property search engine! It was completely off of stuarts prospective buyers list. So within one day of me seeing Stuart, my house was already in the process of being purchased!<br>To say my experience with Astons has been nothing short of a dream, is honestly under selling it. Everybody knows the tension experienced while selling a house, but i managed to avoid all of it, thanks to Stuart and his amazing team.<br>Thank you to Astons, i cannot thank you enough and recommend you too much.

An absolute breath of fresh air compared to the service we received (read didn't) from Brown and Merry. The team's approach is professional beyond anything I've experienced. Realistic, honest expectations were set for the expected sales price, marketing and expected lead time. They do not make promises they cannot keep! Throw into the mix the unexpected loss of our daughter at an already stressful time. Sam seamlessly stepped up, took and maintained control of all the arrangements acroos the whole process and made sure that we were only contacted when absolutely necessary. What a godsend! We cannot thank Alexander Lawrence enough for their amazing support and down-to-earth management of our house sale. You can opt for a high-street estate agent, but save yourself the disappointment and contact Alexander Lawrence- Simply the Best!

From the vet first conversation to the finish, he made what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless.<br>Matthew’s communication was genuinely second to none. He was incredibly responsive, kept us updated after every viewing and always made sure we knew exactly what was happening.
