Everyone from director Matthew, Charlotte and Ian are all very professional, friendly, most of all caring and extremely knowledgeable, both on the legitimation and handling of any issues arises. I couldn't praise the team enough for what they've done. Particularly Charlotte, she is really on the ball, excellent communication skills and we wouldn't have moved without her advice and assistance.<br>A Big Well done and Thank you to your Ellougton team. 5 + stars service.

The whole team Jane, Alice and Liz were fantastic, all viewings were accompanied and feedback was immediate and detailed. Particular thanks to Liz for progressing this through to completion for our family. I would highly recommend them.

I regret not choosing them to sell our house, but after how our purchase was handled I will definitely be using them in the future! They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.

17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was not getting as much communication as I would have liked. Nobody answered my questions on the auction website which I believe was down to Lovelle to answer my questions. I could be wrong and apologise if I am. I would also appreciate the return off my door key.
