We quickly had the house put up for sale and had the full asking price offered in the first week. Mandy then took over, dealing with the solicitors and giving us updates each week as needed. The exchange has now been completed with no hold-ups and in a reasonable time frame

When the solicitors were not very good at communicating Xchange really helped bridge that gap and do chasing on our behalf, which was massively appreciated too. Would definitely recommend
