The survey missed several fairly obvious issues, and when I asked for further information on how to improve the energy efficiency of the property as this was commented on in the report I was given very generic advice which was totally non-specific to the property. Wasted 20 weeks of my time Didn’t even sell my home within the agreement time. Many times calling them and they would just let the phone ring, if you left a message they never call back or they tell you someone has booked to view your property when they didn’t. Don’t know how they’re even still open as an estate agents. DO NOT go with this estate agents YOU’LL REGRET IT as your house will be still on the market for years.
