Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..... Haven't officially let a property through Seymours, but based on our first impression of Seymours, having three viewings cancelled after having travelled two hours to visit Guildford, was not great. We weren't notified over text, or email (our original contact method), apparently we were called. A colleague said the lettings agent was "on their way"... after 20 minutes we called again, spoke with the lettings agent who said she previously cancelled the viewings due to the tenants not being amicable to letting us view the properties.
