3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Agent reassured us our family ‘profile’ would appeal to sellers, some days later they sold to a property developer!<br>Not much more to say.<br>Property was sold likely to a friend as its sold price never appeared on rightmove sold!<br><br>Also as days lapsed communication went sour. And since they never contacted us regarding any new properties, effectively loosing interest!<br><br>Won’t be using again

Jules Smethurst was particularly helpful, she was extremely communicative and supportive during the purchase and ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend!

Selling a property is a complex process involving managing and translating those conversations between the seller, the buyer and solicitors. The estate agent plays a vital part of this negotiation and people management to help things go smoothly. I would much prefer to use a bricks and mortar agent over an online model to help take the sales management off the seller's hands. Kat Mroz was my negotiator and proved to be a total expert and pleasure to work with during this process - always calm, patient, professional and adept at keeping things moving throughout any unplanned challenges, which can sometimes occur. A huge thanks to her, as well as to Charlie and all the team!

Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving home

He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.
