Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive.
