From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally, efficiently and with genuine care.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Lainie, who was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, friendly and reassuring throughout, always keeping us updated and going above and beyond to help things run as smoothly as possible, especially when things got a little stressful towards the end! Her support made such a difference.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morris Dibben, and especially Lainie, to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

Alice kept me up to date with the whole process on the admin side of things and answered all my million questions even when I think she was out of the office. 14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)We are a couple in our mid-70s and were selling our property to move nearer our family away from Southampton via Field Palmer, Shirley. Throughout the process we were coming up against obstacles which we weren't able to rectify. Keiran and Megan from the Shirley office were only too glad to offer assistance and we only had to phone the office and they helped each time. Without their help we might have given up selling our property. We would have been lost without them. If they didn't know the answer to our problems they didn't stop searching until they found the answer. We have now nearly reached completion and so glad we picked Field Palmer to sell our property. Thank you to Field Palmer, Shirley especially Keiran and Megan. If we ever need an Estate Agent again (hopefully we won't) we would use them again in a flash. Would higher recommend the Shirley office, Thank you Keiran and Megan.

Communication has been a breeze during the tenancy and the ladies working there are always friendly. Highly recommend the team to anyone looking for properties!<br><br>I recently rent a flat from Belvoir. Very professional and friendly staff. Communications have been very smooth as well. Much better than a lot of letting agents I have dealt with. Thank you and keep up with the good work ??????
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Held off writing a review until my former housemate had moved out, but between us we were there 2019-2026.<br><br>Phill is a very difficult person to deal with. It is upsetting to be bullied as an adult, and fortunately he is my only experience of it, but I had a very unpleasant time with the HA.<br><br>We would discuss directly with the landlord instead, which fortunately worked for us. But then makes you wonder why even have a letting agency in the mix.<br><br>As a landlady myself now, I would not go anywhere near the HA given my experience on the other end.
