Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

A good estate agent facilitates the communication between the vendor and purchaser, and their solicitors. Sam has been brilliant at keeping things moving along. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish, Helen and her team were absolutely wonderful to deal with; efficient, knowledgeable and unfailingly helpful throughout the sale of our home.<br><br>They consistently went above and beyond, and every member of the team we dealt with was exemplary. Selling a house can inevitably be stressful at times, but their experience, communication and calm, reassuring approach made the whole process feel remarkably straightforward.<br><br>A genuinely fantastic team and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

They are the first party involved in a sale I have ever wanted to use again. You are dealing with humans who understand the overall context of the sale, not an automated workflow of Bot like responses.

We have viewed a lot of houses from various companies and dealt with a couple of estate agents and Jorgia has to be the best at coming prepared when we viewed houses with her. She seemed to have studied the houses we were viewing, told us the important informations that we needed to know, and if ever there were questions that she did not have answers to, she took notes of the questions so that she could find answers for us. It has been a great experience viewing houses with Jorgia. Thank you Jorgia. ??

Communication was excellent at every stage, both with my wife and I as landlords and with our tenants. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly and with a genuine level of care.<br><br>What really stood out to us was how approachable and reliable the whole team were. We always felt that our property and our tenants were in safe hands, and that everyone involved was being treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.<br><br>We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Marco Harris to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company. 6th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)Complete waste of time and money. Zero communication fake viewings recorded on my account. Staff I originally dealt with all quit and i was left without a sales person. Sale board and listing removed without my knowledge or consent. If i could claim my money back i would but they wont respond to any emails letters or Complaints

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.
