16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Riley from Kings Group Enfield was the best estate agent we’ve met during our 8 month journey of trying to purchase our first home.<br><br>We’d gotten close to purchasing a couple of times over that period so met many agents along the way. And I can’t stress this enough, Riley and Kings Group Enfield were leagues above the rest.<br><br>It can be really exhausting when you are on your 40th viewing and have to put up with patronising sales energy and often vague answers to your queries but from our first viewing through to completion Riley was patient, incredibly informative about the property/area and went the extra mile at every opportunity.<br><br>Thanks for everything! Would 100% recommend.

From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and care. 10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)Our experience with HomeLink has been extremely negative.<br><br>We returned the keys on 14 May 2026 and recorded a video at the time of handover as evidence. Despite this, we were later told that the keys had only been returned on 2 June 2026. We have evidence showing otherwise.<br><br>When we rented the property, we were informed by Zach that there were no damp or mould issues. However, during our tenancy we experienced significant damp, mould and moisture problems throughout the property, particularly during the winter months. My wife and child developed asthma-related health problems, and we have supporting medical evidence.<br><br>We moved out on 30 April 2026 and were preparing to move into another property. During this process, HomeLink provided a negative reference, stating that rent payments had been late. We had already informed them in writing that my salary payment date had changed and requested that the payment date be adjusted accordingly. Despite this, the issue was not resolved.<br><br>HomeLink has withheld our £2,015 deposit and has attempted to charge rent for a period when we were no longer living in the property. We have written communications showing that we informed the agency in advance about leaving the property.<br><br>We feel that we were treated unfairly throughout this process. We have retained emails, messages, video recordings and other evidence and have started legal proceedings regarding these matters.<br><br>Potential tenants should carefully document all communications and thoroughly inspect any property for damp and mould issues before signing a tenancy agreement.

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

Nothing was not too much trouble, even borrowing their ladder to clear the loft! Their verbal and email communication was spot on. I would definitely recommend using James Hayward.

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)They keep reporting and removing reviews. My review had twenty likes on it as so many people think the same- this agency needs to be out of business! Two extremelly disrespectful men, who run the agency, hopefully will be shut down soon! They are literally operating by providing illegal certificates, fake information and letting flats, that do not have a very basic living standards! Please, take my word and avoid these people as much as you can, because this review will be too long to describe in detail, what are they putting their tenants through.Once they got your money, you will be ignored for ever. Terrible people, including their staff, who was half an hour late to the viewing without even excusing, and made awful judging comments. AVOID!!!

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything. It's a refreshing change to the usual slow response and indifferent reaction from many other managing agents on the market. I'm very happy to recommend Novus to anyone else looking for a new managing agent.

His explanation of the service and the people at Thomas James Estate Agents was open, honest, and reassuring, which is what ultimately led us to choose them over other agents in the area. The sales process took four and a half months from engagement to completion, and throughout that time we were kept fully informed via a WhatsApp group set up specifically for our property. This made communication incredibly easy, allowing us to ask and answer questions quickly, and ensured the team remained proactive in driving the sale through to completion. We were extremely happy with the seamless process and the genuine care and attention shown by the team—Tom, James, Claire, and Elliot (with special mention to Elliot) at Thomas James Estate Agents. We cannot recommend them highly enough; you would be foolish not to consider them.
