Awful move in experience due to staff ineptness added immense unnecessary stress and almost left me homeless, extremely slow and unbothered about getting issues sorted (I was left without hot water for over a month, again adding unnecessary stress for something that turned out to be an easy fix) and after all that, tried to scam me out of most of my deposit when it came time to move out. Luckily I had strong evidence the issues were pre-existing but absolutely diabolical to even try to take peoples hard earned money away from them over issues they damn well knew were pre-existing and never even bothered to fix between tenancies.<br><br>If you absolutely must rent with them be sure to take plenty of photos and videos of the property THE FIRST DAY of moving in and thoroughly check the inventory report as there were really obvious issues missed in mine that they tried to pin on me at the end of the tenancy....
