3rd Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)We put our property on the market lasy year with RA Bennett & Partners in Dursley, after trying a Thornbury agent. We had viewings with both, but had an offer very quickly with RA Bennetts. The buyers were dedicated and stayed with what turned out to be a long & protracted sale of 8 months. The property itself was a grade 2 listed apartment. We were grateful & pleased that this agent kept us informed throughout & liaised with our buyers. The property was a special spacious & unique home that has a lovely feel with period features, given the age of it approx 400 years old. Our buyers saw the same as we did when we purchased it, and this agent market the property perfectly. Thank you to our agent who held our hand through the sale! Clare showed us the house in the first instance - she was absolutely brilliant, answers to every question, local knowledge invaluable and generally a really professional viewing. Second viewing with Finley, just as professional and then he dealt with our offers and helped us secure a mutually agreeable price - we are over the moon.
15th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)We found Michael Tucks Staff very profession, quick service sold our house within four weeks. We bought from a different prominent Estate agency who were half an hour late for the viewing , and kept showing the property we purchase as still for sale even through the sale was agreed. Would never use them although they are the biggest estate agency in our area.

Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I bought my first home through Appleby's and can not recommend them enough. Kate and the team were always very polite and quick to respond to any queries I had. They were happy to show me round the property at a very short notice and provided me with the keys within an hour of completing my purchase. I interacted with a few different local agents when looking for a home, and the service offered by Applebys was the best by far.

Always very helpful nothing to much trouble and always put our minds at rest with little niggles as the sale took longer than planned.
