When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

Exceptional from start to finish.<br><br>Paul was fantastic from the very beginning, he was always friendly, approachable & accommodating arranging several viewings for us.<br><br>Hayley was genuinely amazing, constantly chasing on our behalf and keeping everything moving along.
