She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity to keep things moving, get problems resolved as quickly as possible and, just as importantly, keep us calm and reassured throughout it all.<br><br>Evenings, weekends, even while she was on holiday — Olivia always seemed to be there when we needed her. The level of care, communication and commitment she showed us was honestly exceptional.<br><br>The entire team at Beresfords Maldon were fantastic, helping us with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. Bryony Collett has kept me updated through the whole process, and her communication has made me feel at ease whilst purchasing my first home. Compared to another Estate Agents I have also been dealing with, I would never go anywhere else now. 9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We recently purchased a beautifully situated property which, as well as requiring modernisation, presented several complications and challenges throughout the buying process.<br><br>The team at David Burr, Castle Hedingham, were excellent from start to finish. Their communication was particularly impressive – regular updates, prompt responses and a genuinely proactive approach meant we always knew where things stood. Refreshingly, we never had to chase for information.<br><br>A special thank you to Tim for his hard work, patience and determination in helping everyone navigate the challenges and bringing the sale to a successful conclusion.<br><br>We would certainly use David Burr again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Castle Hedingham team.

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I first got in touch with leaders back in January 2026 for a valuation and said I did not want to go any further with a sale untill may/June time and the reason I went back with leaders is because they stuck to there word and didn't pressure me into trying to sell any earlier unlike a few other agents that I also had a valuation from<br><br>But from the 1st time I met a member of the halstead leaders team they was very professional and polite and dealing with many of the team over the last few months this has been the case all the way through also I liked the updates and help that I required when ever needed.<br><br>So yes I have left a 5 star review because I have found leaders to be a great agents and easy to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever get the chance to do business again i will look forward to it.<br><br>Thank you to all the team at leaders halstead.

He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. I largely dealt with Sophie Hartley, she is a credit to the company. She was professional, clear in communications and patient. Thank you for your efforts in selling my property, highly recommend.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .<br>Unfortunately he moved branches .<br>Un experienced agents doing the viewings .<br>Boards going up , boards going down !<br>Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .<br>Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .<br>Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .<br>Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !
