1st Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

10th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)The property didn’t sell. The asking price was high to start with, but I admired their ambition. The market isn’t great, so I doubt it was the endeavours of the agent to blame. Pleasant enough and efficient enough, but one black mark was a viewing that I only found out about after the event.

10th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.
19th Jun 2020 (6 years ago)Terrible service, from people who are not attentive and do not care. had to sell the house privately and then then went legal for a fee they did not earn, as they had taken the house off rightmove etc and did not keep in contact with the buyer, lawyers or anyone. Lesson is to read the fine details of estate agents contracts
