1st Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

The marketing was superb, the level of care is unmatched and they have such a heart for the village. We will miss living here but we would highly recommend Chapplins to anyone looking to buy or sell properties in the area. They kept us informed before and after all viewings and we had quite a few before we found our buyer but always felt they maintained an enthusiasm and commitment to the job. A very professional but personal service.- 8th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Honestly, I couldn’t fault them. We spent (wasted) 6 months with a different agent and changed to Fenwicks. Immediately, they were showing clients around, providing feedback and secured a sale within a short time. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and chased when things slowed down a bit. Excellent.

I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! I received regular updates on the progress of the sale, and my specific requests were responded to professionally and promptly. They are professional, helpful, gave good advice, and made it feel like a team effort. We had a great outcome of a timely sale at a fair price. Warmly recommended.

Ours was a frustrating and drawn out chain but they remained professional, proactive and communicative throughout. They kept us informed at every stage, chased where needed and helped keep things moving. Their calm and courteous approach made a stressful process far more manageable. Highly recommended. I have no intention of being abusive, and I would appreciate the same level of professionalism and understanding in return. Google reviews exist so customers can share their experiences and provide feedback. If negative feedback is a concern, then perhaps this platform is not the most suitable place to engage with customers. As this matter is now resolved on my side, I do not wish to take it further, but I hope future tenants are treated more considerately.

Belvoir stood out as the best after house valuations with 4 local estate agents. We knew we were in safe hands with Jason for our house sale. A personal service, rather than a sales conveyor belt. Jason came across as professional, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. We knew he'd do the very best for us and he did. He listened, understood and respected our specific requirements and made positive suggestions based on his experience. Jason was our main contact but all of the team work like a well oiled machine. A special thanks to Jason but also to Gary and Jessica for their part in the sale, progression and completion. Viewings were lined up straight away and we accepted a very good offer within days of first marketing. Jason was proactive, promptly dealt with queries, kept us updated and gave us good advice throughout. We were well looked after. Sending a huge thanks from us! We'd happily deal with Belvoir Tilehurst again and highly recommend them.
