20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We would like to say a big thank you to Jaffa at Connells Harrow branch for providing us with such an excellent experience. Jaffa was absolutely amazing when she came to show us the property. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer our questions. 30th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.

In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.

Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.

Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.

I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.
10th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Absolutely **** show of a customer service, only interested in taking details, constant change of stories. Until they get put on the back foot and told to be ethical and honest.

13th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I was a tenant, and Harry from this agency was incredibly helpful. It was the best introduction, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. He's a professional in his field and a very kind and helpful person. Throughout the entire rental period, he supported and helped with all matters related to our rental property. I'm very happy with his work, I recommend him to everyone, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to him!
1st Jul 2021 (5 years ago)We recently purchased a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill where Squires were acting for the sellers. I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.
11th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)I have been using the services of the Harrow Winkworth Agency for almost 4 years as a tenant and I am very grateful for their assistance, Vikesh the Property Manager in particular. He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Highly recommended.
