30th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.<br><br>In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.<br><br>Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.<br><br>Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.<br><br>I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I cannot rate Kishan and Sumita highly enough, from start to completion they have been not only super professional but have manged to navigate some tricky issues with ease and clearly years of skill. Always at the end of a phone or email, lightning speed response every time too. They both worked incredible hard to get the sale done and preserve my sanity! I recommend them without reservation and I can honestly say in all my years of dealing with Estate Agents it was actually a pleasure! They are the Gold standard for sure.

He's a professional in his field and a very kind and helpful person. Throughout the entire rental period, he supported and helped with all matters related to our rental property. I'm very happy with his work, I recommend him to everyone, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to him!

I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.

They are pro-active, good communicators, highly organised, and diplomatic - and when necessary will fight your corner. It felt like we were in the hands of friends who knew exactly what they were doing. So glad we chose an agency so rooted in the area.
