1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Not a good experience. We arranged a viewing and travelled there, only to be left waiting outside. The communication was not clear and calls were not answered when we were already there. The guy said he won’t be able to make it for the viewing.<br><br>I would suggest anyone arranging a viewing with them call and confirm shortly before leaving your home, even if the viewing has already been agreed, just to make sure someone is actually available. It would save a lot of unnecessary time and travelling.<br><br>Hopefully they can improve their communication and be more considerate of people’s time.

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I booked a property viewing that was scheduled with Mia from Gibbs Gillespie, Harrow Sales, on 10 October 2026 at 12:00 pm for a property on Chatsworth Gardens, Harrow, Middlesex. On the day of the appointment, I encountered unexpected traffic delays and telephoned the Gibbs Gillespie office to advise that I would be approximately six minutes late. I made this call as a courtesy and to ensure that the viewing could still proceed as planned. At no point during this call was I informed that there would be any issue with the appointment. I arrived at the property at approximately 12:06 pm, only to find that Mia was not present. After waiting outside the property, I contacted the office again and was informed that my viewing had been cancelled and that Mia had already left. I was extremely concerned and disappointed to learn that the viewing had been cancelled without any prior notice. Given that I had proactively contacted the office to advise of my slight delay, I would have expected to be informed if the appointment could no longer proceed. I therefore asked why I had not been notified of the cancellation. Unfortunately, the member of staff I spoke to did not provide an explanation and instead terminated the call abruptly. I find this level of service wholly unacceptable. Not only was my appointment cancelled without notice despite my efforts to keep the office informed, but the manner in which my enquiry was subsequently handled was both unprofessional and discourteous. As a prospective buyer, I would expect a significantly higher standard of customer service from a reputable estate agency.
30th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.<br><br>In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.<br><br>Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.<br><br>Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.<br><br>I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.

26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Reviews keep getting reported, and deleted!<br>Text message after text message from them about Karma, and how spiritual and honest they are. While refusing to give me invoices for building works they had managed, and overcharged me for! As I am asking them to negotiate the cost of the roof, they have gone ahead, and started installing the roof! Roofers who replaced roof, threw all the concrete debris into the top floor attic room, through roof opening to save money on a second tip! Only found out after roof had been replaced.

24th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Have been in this property for 5 years now and it’s the most painful process when something needs to be fixed. There’s been occasions we’ve been ghosted for literally an entire year with regards to property management related stuff. Sometimes they give you hope and suggest someone is coming or ask for more details, only for them to not turn up or ghost you again. You have to chase them via email, phone calls, WhatsApps every day to finally get any movement. I would not recommend renting with these guys unless you have time alongside your day job to be constantly chasing them and sending them reminders.
