18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)As a buyer, Robinson Hornsby were brilliant throughout the process. They kept us up to date with any progress on the sale via email. The staff were very polite and professional. We would definitely want to use them if we were selling a property.
15th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)This company has been managing 2 of my properties for 3 years. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the service provided by Stone Assured Sales & Lettings. They have been completely unprofessional in managing my property and have shown a total lack of respect for my rights as a landlord. What’s even worse, they took money from my account without my consent. I had no prior notification of any charges, and when I reached out to ask for clarification, I was given vague and unsatisfactory answers. This feels like a clear breach of trust and an unethical practice that cannot be overlooked. I would strongly advise anyone looking for property management services to avoid Stone Assured Sales & Lettings at all costs. They have not only failed in their duties but have also shown a disregard for proper business ethics. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable, transparent agency that actually respects your time and money.

So don’t recommend at all…

Danielle answered every question with patience, guided us through each step, and genuinely made the whole experience feel less overwhelming.<br><br>What stood out most was that her help didn’t stop once the sale completed. She continued to go the extra mile, chasing up our onward purchase and offering advice whenever we needed it. That support made a real difference to us.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did and would recommend Danielle without hesitation. Although we hope it’ll be a long time before we move again, we wouldn’t think twice about using her services in the future or recommending her to others.

I'm in my dream home, at fantastic price and the lengths this company went to, was just astounding.<br><br>You aren't just in God's hands in the house marketing, but at least you can be taken care of by Great hands.
