I have to say over the course of the year we had a very supportive agency especially Angela who always supported us whenever we had any queries. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent in the area.

22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would like to echo the praise of the most recent 5 star reviews for Katie and her team at Emsworth in selling my bungalow which has been difficult and ongoing for over a year and previously with other agents.<br>The team have always been very helpful with advice and with quick updates during the progress of the sale.<br>Many thanks to Katie for her help and support when it was needed. It was much appreciated.<br>Thanks too to Julie for her liaison with the online solicitors and for keeping me up to date promptly. To Joe as well for advice on various aspects and also to other members of the team.<br>You were all so friendly and I would definitely recommend the branch.

Although there were several delays caused by third parties, the team were absolutely fantastic at keeping everything moving, chasing solicitors, and keeping me updated every step of the way.<br><br>A particular thank you to John, who was always on hand with regular updates, reassurance, and a much-needed morale boost whenever needed! His communication and positivity made a huge difference!<br><br>A huge, huge thank you to Leah, who has been the best mortgage consultant anyone could hope for! From the beginning she has been knowledgeable, patient and approachable, always taking the time to explain everything and answer my questions. She made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much more manageable!<br><br>I highly recommend Leah and the whole team at Fox & Sons Waterlooville to anyone buying a home. Their genuine care made all the difference, and I'm so grateful for everything they did to help me get the keys to my new home!

They were always friendly, approachable and professional, keeping us updated throughout the process and making what can often be a stressful experience feel so much easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer our questions, chase information and provide reassurance whenever we needed it.<br><br>Their communication, dedication and genuine care really stood out, and it was clear they were invested in helping us get into our new home. 21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Having dealt with multiple estate agents for renting (/or looking to rent), I must say that Henry Adam’s are by far the most professional estate agents I have encountered. The first viewing date and time was stuck to. They answered my questions regarding the property and AST terms promptly.<br>If I was in need of an estate agent again service, I would prefer to rent / sell / buy through Henry Adams.
