She had a clear strategy and executed it well, even through a few twists and turns along the way. She worked hard to secure the flat for him after one failed attempt when it had to go back on the market, kept the owners and my brother fully informed, and helped when we had issues with solicitor delays. The long wait was stressful but worth it for the end result. My brother felt fully supported throughout and has ended up where he wanted to be.

7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Poor costumer service, I accepted offer from cash buyer in February 2026 as they said more quick can sort thing but it’s been more than 8 months still in process and they just put sold sign front of my house nothing more. I been Connells westbury branch 2 days ago they said we will get back to you for update and they never get back to me and they keep ignoring me and they never but even 1 step forward. I’m really disappointed.Connells - Filton

25th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

16th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We switched agents to Goodchild after a slow 3 months with another agent. James was confident that he would get our house sold for the full guide price and he delivered. Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team. I have already recommended James to neighbours and would trust him again. He’s a great guy who works hard for his clients. Thank you James. J&R.
