My recent experience in which Ocean Estate Agents in Westbury-on-Trym managed the selling of a flat for me was no different. The team in the office work in a collaborative and harmonious way and this extends to their relationships with clients.
Over the years, legislation has complicated property sales and purchases and this could potentially be unsettling for those not used to current requirements to complete forms online and provide a wide range of information. However, all those in the Westbury office and the associated legal department are helpful and supportive.

If you are a seller, don't go with these people. They don't want to actually sell your property.
They do not respond to emails when I ask for further information, so clearly do not want to actually sell your property.
They are incredibly rude and patronising. I am looking for a quick buy (which I think most sellers would like), but they told me a chain free property would take longer than 4 months for the conveyancing and can never be less than that. This is factually wrong.
They gave me no incentive to buy a flat I was genuinely interested in. Avoid like the plague.

Having been seriously messed around and let down by the men in shiny suits at Connells Estate agents W-O-T, we turned to Ocean to sell our house. At Ocean 'in house' conveyancing actually means in house, the conveyancing team are within the same building which makes everything so much easier .
