Ashley and Izzy were absolutely brilliant. Really helpful and kind and communicative. Unfortunately my flat didn't sell. I took it off the market - flats move much more slowly at the moment and it was incredibly frustrating, but I can't fault the service from Ashley and Izzy. I did not enjoy the other people in the office so much, as their customer service could be spotty and sometimes I felt it was verging on rude.

We would not recommend Andrews Westbury-on-Trym based on our recent selling experience.<br><br>James was charming, attentive and enthusiastic at the start, which is why we chose them. He marketed the property well in the early days. However, once we lost our first buyer and had to remarket the property, the level of service noticeably dropped. Communication from James fell away, and we struggled to get updates or support from the office staff without chasing them up.<br><br>We were often left waiting for returned calls, and we found the office in general hard to get hold of when we needed them most.<br><br>The end of the process became extremely stressful. We felt Andrews offered more support and reassurance to our buyer than to us as their own clients — and that they did not advocate for us when issues arose. It added a huge amount of pressure to an already tense moving situation.<br><br>We genuinely regret using Andrews. We chose them because they originally sold us the property back in 2014, so we assumed they were a safe option — but based on our recent experience, we were wrong.

I would like to say that dealing with the branch was a little difficult at times but since Charlotte took charge of things everything seems to be running smoothly and we are not far off completion now and I think the effort put in by Charlotte to get everything moving towards the end has been great and I'd go as far as to say that it often like I'm dealing with the manager when talking to Charlotte so when a position arises I think you have a ready made manager in Charlotte<br>Many thanks john newman

I recently purchased property in Henbury area, when i viewed the property initially i was shown by the sales consultant Charlotte Sack. I had askef to view 2 properties on auction being marketed from Andrews, i viewed on the same visit. I can honestly say my experience and service provided from Andrews was excellent from day 1. I wasnt decided on which property i was going to pursue with an initial offer. I had been having some bad experiences prior during my initial stages of trying to buy somewhere through other agencies. But when i eventually met Charlotte and had the opportunity to view the properties, i could tell this was going to be a different experience from other property agencies, she was very patient and explained and readily provided information i was thinking about, this made it easier and comfortable to ask questions about bidding process as well, and what seemed realistic and within my reach and affordability, She was very encouraging and positive lady, I would highly recommend Andrews property agency. Excellent communication throughout the buying process, Charlotte and her team were very approachable and supportive. Grateful for such a positive experience.

Fantastic service by Andrews. I approached them to sell a flat for me and they very quickly had a buyer at the right price. The sale dragged on for about 6 months, which was not anything to do with them (It was solicitors and free-holders), but Andrews kept in contact the whole time and updated me on everything. Really cannot fault the service I've had from them at all. It is the second time I've had dealings with Andrews (One time when purchasing property and one time selling) and both times they have been exceptional.

Beware of using Andrew's to buy/sell!
Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews.
Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed.
You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service!
We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money.
We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out.
Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.

Review - ive been very impressed with Andrews EA. From the off everything was very simple and within a few short months id sold the property despite the obvious challenges with the pandemic. i got sound advice on pricing and reasons for that and used one of the recommended conveyancing companies who really were first rate! ive been kept informed and updated all the way thru which was good not having to chase around all the time. I decided to move in September and set about getting three valuations. I already had a price in mind and this was confirmed. I decided to use Andrews as I immediately felt comfortable with the person who did the valuation. I found him to be non pushy and utterly professional. All correspondence was first class and the way the house was presented looked great. I was fortunate that the property sold within 2 days. I was always kept up to date with progress and all staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Andrews Estate Agents.

I've used Andrews Estate Agents to sell two properties in Bristol for me in the last year. One in Southmead and one in Brentry. On both occasions the properties sold very quickly and everyone has been extremely friendly, professional and courteous. The agents handled everything for me and I didn't have to get involved which was very useful for me because I live a couple of hours away. Everyone I dealt with there knew who I was when i called and were quickly able to give me updates on the process. I would thoroughly recommend Andrews.

It was a large chain and a long process, Andrews were fantastic throughout, managing the many parties involved and keeping us informed throughout. All the staff were knowledgeable of our sale during the process and we would often pop in to discuss the sale with them. Their independent mortgage advisor was also extremely useful and he was able to organise the best possible mortgage deal for us. I would highly recommend them.
