17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Their communication was very poor throughout. Even on the day of completion, after they had handed the keys to the buyer, we had no call letting us know. Finally had to call in and was told the sale was complete. Ben was the prime agent throughout. Surprised by the other glowing reviews, this was certainly not our experience.

The transaction became more complex than expected due to legal issues that arose, which significantly extended the usual completion timeframe. Throughout the process, Kayleigh’s communication, level of customer service, and dedication to seeing the purchase through were outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond, and it was clear she takes real pride in providing a personal and attentive service. I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future. All the best, and until next time!

She was communicative, friendly and always willing to help. The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! The rest of the team are great, and Naomi also went above and beyond when I had a issue. Thanks so much team!

They kept me updated regularly, explained everything clearly, and were always quick to respond to any questions. All the staff were very helpful and polite, which made a real difference — every interaction felt easy and reassuring. What really stood out was how thorough they were — nothing felt rushed, and every detail was handled carefully. It made the whole experience far smoother and far less stressful than I expected. Whilst it was a difficult move due to poor solicitors on all sides, Julian went above and beyond to help get things moving through-out the process. He's who you want on your side during such a stressful time. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend them. And thanks again for all the help!

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.
23rd Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)Praise for Allsopps Harpenden. I rented a central apartment for a two year period and had a great experience. The initial engagement process was smooth and transparent which was most welcome against the stresses of relocating to a new area with small children (plus immense pressure from competition to secure a property from other renters). I did have a few teething problems when I moved in but these were all dealt with swiftly and professionally using a range of local, trusted and reliable tradespeople. Allsopps were always highly responsive to any queries and issues and I was confident any matter would be dealt with in a timely and effective way. The end of tenancy was also remarkably smooth and pain free and no delay in returning my deposit. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick, Charlie and the rest of the team to any potential clients.
11th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)They did a good job of photographing the property inside and out and new EPC certification, as well as dealing with the house viewings when I wasn't present. I don't believe however that they did anything proactive in marketing the property beyond the initial presentation? They never discussed with me premium listings on platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla, and I don't think they "refreshed" the listing (regularly changing the lead image, update the description, etc) either.

11th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)What a great team, Peter was a pleasure to meet and decided to list our property with Peter Cuffaro, our house sold in just 2 weeks I believe it was the marketing and the walk through video that really drove in the viewings. The rest of the team was a delight too Joe and Ted where very approachable and friendly. I even popped in for a coffee and a chat from time to time! Overall our move went swimmingly and I can’t thank the team enough!! ????????????

Aside from the online referencing system (which didn’t seem to recognise my ability to pay rent as a self employed person in London - “computer says no”) - the process was very smooth and Dean was great to deal with.
