11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)have been a tenant with Hamptons for five years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

13th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)We had such a great experience selling our flat with Statons. We dealt with Angelo who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The flat sold in just 6 weeks for a price we were really happy with, especially impressive considering there are still other flats in our building for sale with different agents that have been on the market for much longer and still haven’t sold! The photos Statons arranged were perfect, and the video they created really captured the style and feel of the flat which was a nice bonus. Throughout the whole process, the team were helpful and responded quickly. A special mention to Angelo, who went above and beyond even making sure our cat was comfortable during viewings! I couldn’t recommend Statons enough and we will be using them for all future sales!

He proactively intervened on our behalf every step of the way. He was unceasingly patient, polite, friendly, professional and calm He made sure to keep us constantly updated and was always prompt in returning calls and answering enquiries, however small. First rate, top quality and exceptional service. If you want to sell or purchase a house, make sure to use Village Estates. Huge thank you to the whole team; we couldn’t be happier.

Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.

21st Aug 2020 (5 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.
2nd Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)All the staff including Robert, Julian and Megan were exceptional and very transparent when handling this sale for me as it was my first one. They were very professional and patient towards my questions and made me feel at ease with making decisions. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Every member of staff (to name a few Kevin, Hakan, Jessica, Filiz, Eda) have been outstanding, especially the CEO, Kevin, whose customer service and problem-solving went way beyond what I’ve experienced with other agents. IC Properties are simply miles ahead of other agents.<br>Recently, I’ve been working with Filiz and Eda on a property sale, and both have been brilliant. Filiz is always positive, proactive, and strategic, while Eda is equally dedicated, friendly, and never gives up on finding the right property. Thanks to the entire IC Properties team for years of fantastic service and for always making my visits to the office so pleasant. Even how to have the flat looking and getting ready for viewings.<br>Next easy to sort viewings, flexible with times. Updated me when needed to, replied Promptly and made it happen real quick. 17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
