Libbe was approachable, polite and took the time to explain everything clearly to me and answer any questions I had.<br><br>It was a pleasure dealing with her, and I really appreciated how professional she was throughout the inspection. 31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)We have just sold our house with Churchills in Bushey. From the valuation to completion it took just 22 weeks. Every single member of staff from branch manager to the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. We were given regular updates and were helped with every step of the process. We had a high volume of viewings with a number of offers. It was actually our second viewers that became the purchasers. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Francesco and his team come highly from us and get our top marks. Well done guys. ???????????? ? ? ? ? ?

I would highly recommend him as a hard working man who achieves excellent results for his clients. He is assisting us with the sale of our house and we are pleased with his honesty and expertise.

They were thoughtful, professional and gave us really useful advice throughout the process, particularly when it came to assessing the different offers we received.<br><br>They were also excellent at communicating with the buyers and keeping everything moving, which made the whole process much easier for us. On top of that, we were very happy with the rate they offered us.<br><br>A really good experience from start to finish, and we’d happily recommend Grant and the team.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Great service and customer support offered by David Doyle and their team to facilitate the sale of our property.<br><br>Property has been on the market for a couple of months because of the buyer's market. Their competition took advantage of this and convinced us to advertise the property with other estate agents in the same time with David Doyle.<br>Although we were under the impression that house views were slow with David Doyle we were in disbelief when none of the other main competitors (won't give names but you can google them) have not been able to provide even one house view in over 8 weeks.<br><br>If you have a property to sale in Hemel, David Doyle is your best option!

12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Terrible experience with this tenancy agency. They seem more interested in finding ways to keep as much of your deposit as possible rather than helping tenants. When you have a problem, it can take more than two weeks to get resolved, which is extremely frustrating and stressful. Communication and support were very disappointing.<br><br>After moving to another agency, I immediately noticed a big difference in the level of communication, support, and professionalism. It really showed me how much better a tenancy agency can be when they actually care about helping their tenants. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency.

He is very prompt in discussing any concerns with the landlord and liaising with the agency to make sure issues are resolved as soon as possible. He also follows up to check that everything is okay and reassures me that I can contact him whenever I need any help. He is very polite, professional, and helpful, and I really appreciate his support. The manager, Salvatore provided advice and assistance to overcome numerous issues during the sale process. He was particularly effective in the latter stages as he took personal responsibility for coordinating all parties across the chain to ensure a successful conclusion.

Every time we visited one of their properties, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Once we found the perfect home, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The very same week our offer was accepted, they created a WhatsApp group to guide us through the process and keep us updated every step of the way. We were never left wondering what was happening next or waiting for information. From offer to completion took just three months, and when we collected the keys, they were waiting for us with a thoughtful goody bag and personalised cupcakes, which was such a lovely touch. Heartwood Homes is run by kind, hardworking people who truly care about their clients. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and enjoyable, and we couldn't have asked for a better team to help us buy our first home. 17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Sales assistants didn't bother to give buyers positive points about house, location etc, was more bothered helping buyers than my selling and negotiated to cash byers who were not sole when told otherwise. Good sales to get work then went downhill. only plus was photos.
17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Our experience with Ben Reddan and the Letting team was excellent<br>Our experience with the sales team, not so.<br><br>Gabriella from Lettings was exemplary in her meticulousness regarding the letting of our property from start to finish.<br>Her communication was excellent and her dedication to her job is to be admired. There are not many agents who would be catching up on their emails at 11:00pm and on their non work days.<br>Gabriella was the perfect combination of providing enough attention to us and the prospective tenants without being pushy.
