31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)We have just sold our house with Churchills in Bushey. From the valuation to completion it took just 22 weeks. Every single member of staff from branch manager to the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. We were given regular updates and were helped with every step of the process. We had a high volume of viewings with a number of offers. It was actually our second viewers that became the purchasers. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Francesco and his team come highly from us and get our top marks. Well done guys. ???????????? ? ? ? ? ?

18th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I purchased a house from Shenley Estates and although selling and buying a house is far from a pleasant experience, Shenley Estates get the job done. Although Natalie was working on behalf of the sellers, I believe that from when I viewed my house to the actual completion, it mattered to her that I was matched well and that my future happiness was also important to her. I have been living in Shenley since January, I love the area and everyone I have met so far have been lovely. I am enjoying making my new house a home, thank you Natalie and Craig.

You managed to find us the perfect buyer , a great price and exchange and complete in less than 4 months . The whole process was quick, efficient and basically seamless. The marketing of the property was spot on and very professional. The communication throughout the process was excellent. 13th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)We used Village Estates to sell our house, and Neil, Peter and the whole team were fantastic throughout the entire process.<br>From day one, they gave us an honest and realistic expectation of what our property would achieve. In what turned out to be a challenging market, they were the team who got the sale over the line.<br>Throughout the process, they were honest, professional and always straightforward with us. Communication was excellent, and someone was always available at the end of the phone whenever we had questions or needed reassurance, particularly during the more stressful stages towards completion.<br>Selling a house can be a difficult experience, but Village made it as smooth as possible. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and would happily use them again in the future.

In this tough market we find ourselves in they work tirelessly to push the sale of your property and help in finding you the perfect fit for your next move. This stressful process was made even more difficult by a sub standard solicitor and Georgina went above and beyond to try and help solve the delays and issues caused by this. A real family business who i cannot rate highly enough.

21st Aug 2020 (6 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

They have provided an excellent service to me as a landlord and to our tenants. Have no hesitation in recommending this agency.

20th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)When I enquired about a property’s asking price and the seller’s position, I was met with terse, dismissive replies from the female agent I spoke to on the phone - a remarkably unhelpful attitude towards a serious buyer. I decided to proceed with the viewing regardless, but communication remained poor throughout. Afterwards, I submitted a formal offer, which was completely ignored. I never received any confirmation or follow-up, and it appeared my offer may not even have been passed to the vendors - which, if true, would be a breach of legal duty. The overall experience suggested a lack of basic organisation, professionalism, and integrity. For sellers, that should be alarming; for buyers, it’s simply exasperating. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this agency.

She took ownership of the entire process, coordinating viewings efficiently and keeping us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was her commitment to gathering feedback from every viewer and promptly sharing it with us. She always made sure we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next – a level of communication we have not experienced with other estate agents. She remained positive, professional, and ensured that accurate information was communicated to all parties throughout the process. Her dedication, transparency, and proactive approach made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Honestly, had we worked with someone else, I don't think we would have enjoyed the selling process nearly as much. Engel made the entire journey easy and stress-free. From the very beginning, he was absolutely exceptional and made the whole process feel so much easier than it could have been.<br>Adam was incredibly professional, approachable and proactive throughout. He kept me informed at every stage, was always available when I had questions, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. His communication was excellent, and I always felt that I was in safe hands.<br>There were certainly challenges along the way as everyone goes through during selling / buying properties, but Adam handled every situation calmly and professionally. He went above and beyond to keep things moving, liaise with everyone involved and help overcome any issues that arose. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him. What really stood out for me was how much Adam genuinely cared about the process and the people involved. He didn’t simply do his job but he took ownership, kept pushing things forward and was incredibly supportive right through to exchange.
