Great communication by phone and email (she was always happy to answer and queries) and we would highly recommend Megan and the team at Auckland Estates.

It was a very sad time for the family as our parents are both now in a care home with Dementia and the guys were very thoughtful, caring and supportive throughout the process We cant thank them enough and highly recommend to anyone buying or selling locally

From start to finish, Orrin has been brilliant. Buying a house can be a stressful experience, especially when a previous purchase falls through, but he helped make the process so much more positive.<br><br>The team have been friendly, approachable, professional and genuinely super helpful throughout. We’ve always felt supported, and their knowledge of the local area really stands out.<br><br>We’re so happy to have found our new home, and we’re incredibly grateful to Orrin and the team for helping us get there.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Churchills Bushey to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Although Natalie was working on behalf of the sellers, I believe that from when I viewed my house to the actual completion, it mattered to her that I was matched well and that my future happiness was also important to her. I have been living in Shenley since January, I love the area and everyone I have met so far have been lovely. I am enjoying making my new house a home, thank you Natalie and Craig.

They are super efficient, friendly, approachable and, most importantly, they actually get things done! Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it’s so reassuring to know that any queries or issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.<br><br>They are a real credit to the company and make the whole renting experience so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about providing a great service.<br><br>A huge thank you to Greta and Miriam — you are both fantastic!

15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Truly the best experience in buying and selling a house you could possibly have<br><br>Neil and Peter were on it from the word go and ensured all transactions were completed very smoothly indeed<br><br>Their knowledge of the area is second to none and no stone went uncovered during the transactions<br><br>Using lawyers they recommended is imperative as they have great relationships with them and this ensures communication is good with agent, lawyer and buyers / sellers to ensure all know how to complete the transactions in a smooth and timely fashion<br><br>Well done to team village estates you were fantastic from start to finish

21st Aug 2020 (6 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

They have provided an excellent service to me as a landlord and to our tenants. Have no hesitation in recommending this agency.

20th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)When I enquired about a property’s asking price and the seller’s position, I was met with terse, dismissive replies from the female agent I spoke to on the phone - a remarkably unhelpful attitude towards a serious buyer. I decided to proceed with the viewing regardless, but communication remained poor throughout. Afterwards, I submitted a formal offer, which was completely ignored. I never received any confirmation or follow-up, and it appeared my offer may not even have been passed to the vendors - which, if true, would be a breach of legal duty. The overall experience suggested a lack of basic organisation, professionalism, and integrity. For sellers, that should be alarming; for buyers, it’s simply exasperating. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this agency.

She took ownership of the entire process, coordinating viewings efficiently and keeping us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was her commitment to gathering feedback from every viewer and promptly sharing it with us. She always made sure we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next – a level of communication we have not experienced with other estate agents. She remained positive, professional, and ensured that accurate information was communicated to all parties throughout the process. Her dedication, transparency, and proactive approach made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Honestly, had we worked with someone else, I don't think we would have enjoyed the selling process nearly as much. Engel made the entire journey easy and stress-free. Always available when you needed them and on top of things with the right follow ups. I would work with them when I need to sell or buy a property.

21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Following a long standing rental lease Hobdays were quick into action to upgrade my Flat and find a new tenant. This required extensive planning, time sensitivity and much communication. Hobdays were always readily available and extremely personable in their approach to me. All the more important as I am located in Scotland.<br>The project was complex and needed day by day planning to ensure the property was was turned around in a timely fashion. All dates were completed to the day including the completion date and new tennant's moving in. I cannot speak highly enough of the thorough manner each of the lovely staff interacted with each other and myself in achieving this objective.<br>You Ladies and guys at( Hobdays) have been fantastic and I would 100% recommend anyone to engage them for all matters Rental & Real Estate.<br>Funny enough I purchased the property Hobday's in 1993....good friends for a long time now.
