They worked hard to liaise with all relevant parties which speeded up the process. I give my especial thanks to Layla. I would recommend them as the best estate agents I have had contact with.

24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)EO had our flat for 3 months on the market, with no enquiries at all and no viewings. Not even one phone call! They said we had overpriced by £10k (priced at £220k, not the £210k they recommended) but other similar flats were at £220k. They did not seem to understand the good location of our flat, the secure site, the ground floor position overlooking manicured communal gardens, the owned parking place etc. They could not explain why there was no interest at all, and seemed to have no database of potential buyers. Their only suggestion was that we reduce the price. I do not believe that £10k on a flat of this sort was deterring ALL possible buyers. (The service charge on our flat is relatively high, but EO should have been able to deal with this.)

I never had to chase or nudge for an update, which made the whole process feel so smooth and stress-free. The rest of the team were also lovely and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chelsea and the team!

He was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of getting my first mortgage sorted.<br><br>From start to finish, he was kind, patient and incredibly helpful, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting, and I was conscious of making sure I understood everything and wasn’t getting myself into something I didn’t fully understand. Garry was always in my corner, reassuring me and making sure I felt comfortable with each step.<br><br>His support made such a difference, and I genuinely felt that he had my best interests at heart throughout. I’m now happily settled into my new home and absolutely loving it!<br><br>Thank you so much, Garry, for all your help, support and kindness. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage adviser, especially if you’re a first-time buyer!

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I rented through cj hole for over 3 years in Cheltenham. I just want to say, the agents are extremely helpful especially Sigita and Nathan (my 2 main points of contact). Sigita was the manager for the flat i was in, she was very responsive and communicative and has dealt with every single thing very promptly and helpfully. And same with Nathan, he didnt manage the flat i was in, but had been also a direct point of contact for me at CJ hole and was always supportive in times of need. Thank you Sigita and Nathan for making my rental period very nice and smooth! The flat itself was given to me in a great state and it was very lovely and comfortable to live in for the period of time i was there. I recommend!

They helped us through every step of the process, kept us informed but weren't too intense either.<br><br>Beth worked so hard to get our sell and buy through, and I truly believe she was instrumental to bringing the process to a close quicker than we expected it to be.<br><br>They are professional, but also kind and sympathetic to the stresses of moving. The team have invaluable knowledge and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of moving!
2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had a really good experience selling my flat with Sam. First of all he gave an honest and realistic valuation based on his detailed knowledge of the market and the local area. Secondly he wasted no time in getting the flat on the market and getting viewings. And thirdly his communication is second to none - given that he's a one man band, he's much more responsive than the big high street estate agents whether by phone or email. Finally, despite some delays and hiccups with solicitors he was constantly on the ball chasing things through and making sure I was up to date with the latest situation, likewise staying in contact with the buyer. Again, if I had been dealing with one of the bigger estate agents I'm somewhat doubtful that the sale would have gone through. Top marks!

6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We Bought our first property through Tg and we rented off them for 5 years a couple years previous.<br><br>Rental side: of things where always good, even when we had problems and inspections where non invasive and if you wasn't in they would always leave a note to say it's been done.<br><br>Buying side:<br>(Brutal process of no fault to TG it was a long winded leasehold management company issue)<br><br>as 2 first time buyers it was a complete unknown even with speaking to a friend and my uncle who are mortgage advisors, Warren was on time and brilliant with my girlfriend on a viewing and replied as quick as he could, as by god he's busy!<br><br>Frequently we would then chase issues or for information from the seller through Meghan at TG and she had been faultless, always cheery on the phone which through the process from hell we was going through it was well appreciated, sympathise with every hurdle and got to the bottom of the nitty gritty enquiries at the end.<br><br>I think by the end of the process all parties had enough of the delay for what should of been a simple transaction as we sure did!<br><br>Thank you TG for having patience with us, and for the information provided along the way!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier.
