Both Mandy and I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, support, superb advice and recommendations. Thank you for always getting back to my many emails. :-) Thank you for organising Prime Progression once the sale had been agreed, their service was also excellent. They kept us up to date at all times and alleviated us having to constantly chase as they did all of that for us, which took away all the stress allowing us to concentrate on packing and the move.<br><br>I would not hesitate in recommending you and Errington Smith, you simply have been brilliant. They’re both incredibly efficient and always quick to answer any questions — nothing is ever too silly, and they always take the time to listen and respond properly. Sigita has been my property manager for a couple of years now — both at my previous home and my new one — and she’s genuinely been amazing. She’s friendly, supportive, and always there to help with anything I’ve needed along the way.

Aiden, Caitlin & the rest of the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are polite, professional and friendly when dealing with us as contractors, and we can see this is also the case with how they treat their Landlords and Tenants. It is also apparent that they keep a really good handle on the properties they manage and get all aspects of maintenance sorted when it needs to be. A very thorough and impressive agent.
2nd Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)I had a really good experience selling my flat with Sam. First of all he gave an honest and realistic valuation based on his detailed knowledge of the market and the local area. Secondly he wasted no time in getting the flat on the market and getting viewings. And thirdly his communication is second to none - given that he's a one man band, he's much more responsive than the big high street estate agents whether by phone or email. Finally, despite some delays and hiccups with solicitors he was constantly on the ball chasing things through and making sure I was up to date with the latest situation, likewise staying in contact with the buyer. Again, if I had been dealing with one of the bigger estate agents I'm somewhat doubtful that the sale would have gone through. Top marks!

Easily available on the telephone and more than willing to spend time discussing matters that crop up from time to time and always mindful of the needs of the tenant as well as the owner. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of becoming a tenant for one of their managed properties.

24th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Murdock & Wasley turned our first home purchase into a nightmare. They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.
