Both Mandy and I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, support, superb advice and recommendations. Thank you for always getting back to my many emails. :-) Thank you for organising Prime Progression once the sale had been agreed, their service was also excellent. They kept us up to date at all times and alleviated us having to constantly chase as they did all of that for us, which took away all the stress allowing us to concentrate on packing and the move.<br><br>I would not hesitate in recommending you and Errington Smith, you simply have been brilliant. 17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I was honestly impressed with The Property Centre. Barney was very genuine, and helped up list and sell (STC) our property even with the timeframes we required. The team also were excellent with the many viewings we had, and have been great in the process so far. The pictures and virtual tour/advert were great, and during the intro meeting I felt Barney was giving us genuine advice, as opposed to trying to sell/persuade us to go for The Property Centre.

She kindly arranged an early appointment for me and gave me plenty of time to look around the St George’s Road and Bath Street properties without ever making me feel rushed. She was knowledgeable, straightforward and a pleasure to deal with.

2nd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I've had a great experience with Perry Bishop both as a tenant and later as a buyer. Throughout both journeys, the team were professional, responsive and easy to deal with.<br><br>As a tenant, Jeff Emerson was always quick to respond to any issues and resolved them efficiently. The checkout process was also incredibly smooth, with my deposit returned just 72 hours after I moved out.<br><br>When buying my home, I was fortunate to have Sam Smith as the Sales Progressor. She couldn't have been more helpful especially during a few challenging points in the process. Sam was professional, proactive and always on hand to answer my questions and keep things moving. Her support and positive approach made a real difference.<br><br>I'd happily recommend Perry Bishop to anyone looking to rent or buy a home.

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We have dealt with several real estate agencies since arriving in England, trying to find a house that truly felt like home.<br><br>The service we received from Karl—as he showed us a property from his portfolio that caught our eye—was exceptional and went above and beyond.<br><br>Navigating the complex English real estate market has been challenging; we are constantly discovering new rules, but Karl and his team made us feel secure and understood for the first time.<br><br>Reading the reviews here only confirmed everything we’ve felt since our very first contact: this is a company of dedicated, knowledgeable professionals who love what they do and are incredibly kind. And you can really tell the value of a company when they are praised even by their own service providers.<br><br>Without a doubt, they are the best in Cheltenham for negotiating or managing your property, and we would certainly recommend Karl and his team.
2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had a really good experience selling my flat with Sam. First of all he gave an honest and realistic valuation based on his detailed knowledge of the market and the local area. Secondly he wasted no time in getting the flat on the market and getting viewings. And thirdly his communication is second to none - given that he's a one man band, he's much more responsive than the big high street estate agents whether by phone or email. Finally, despite some delays and hiccups with solicitors he was constantly on the ball chasing things through and making sure I was up to date with the latest situation, likewise staying in contact with the buyer. Again, if I had been dealing with one of the bigger estate agents I'm somewhat doubtful that the sale would have gone through. Top marks!
