14th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I wanted to share my review reflecting the exceptional service I received throughout my house rental journey.<br>I began my search for an agent who could provide a service that truly matched my home — a new?build, fabulous and unique property with no real comparable match in the area. From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Savills to anyone seeking and securing a premium, reliable and highly professional let or buying or selling a house.<br>Finally a big thank you to Simone, Jenny, Ellie and the rest of the team.

No matter how busy she was, she always managed to keep me in the loop, every step of the way. This was an extremely difficult deal to get over the line, and I know for a fact it wouldn’t have happened without her.<br><br>The main thing that sets her apart, is that she acts with integrity and always does the right thing. That goes a long way in this industry.
2nd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My communication with Winkworth was on and off. During that intermittent interaction with one of their agent, he sounded professional and very eager to assist with the selling. Overall Winkworth tried their best to sell my property but unfortunately was unsuccessful.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all our questions seamlessly. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

It was a genuinely thoughtful gesture and a reminder that behind every property transaction are real people and real relationships.<br><br>Throughout the process, the Statons team were professional, responsive and determined to find the right buyer for our home. 23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)This is the first house we've sold in nearly 30 years and due to concerns about the widely reported malpractices of national chains, we were determined to use a small independent estate agent. Of those whom we invited to view our property, Spencer was the most impressive. Bullish but realistic and very positive.<br>Throughout the whole process, the whole firm was very efficient, comms were excellent and timely and all calls were taken immediately or returned very quickly.<br>During a mildly challenging period with our buyer it was crystal clear Spencer was representing the sellers (us) as his only priority.<br>The right advice was given at the right time, every time, and it was very much appreciated.<br>I recommend Spencer and Sener very highly to anyone considering selling their property in the Barnet area.

We encountered so much dishonesty, insulting/rude behaviour and general pitfalls and grey areas that would never happen with any company of even modest repute. AVOID at all costs.

David has demonstrated a 'get stuff done' energy I can only dream of having, as well as real market experience and knowledge that he will honestly communicate in a responsive, but sympathetic, manner. Could not ask for anything more in an agent, above and beyond the call of duty, if only all businesses worked like this.
