Very efficient, no phone call or email went unanswered. I really appreciate their support throughout the whole process.

It was not a standard property to sell and not an easy market and there were a few buyer wobbles, but Lynn was fabulous throughout, gently nudging us all past the post.

Both the purchase team and the lettings team have been extremely sincere, friendly, professional and responsible.<br>When I needed to move out and let the property this September, Hamilton Chase provided me with tremendous assistance. I had left belongings in the flat which was in a state of chaos, they found the right people helping me clear it out, enabling me to move out as planned. Without them, things would never have gone so smoothly.<br>Having worked with Hamilton Chase for many years, I believe they are an excellent estate agent that truly has their clients’ best interests at heart. 17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Avoid these estate agents.<br><br>In my experience, they appear far more concerned about landlords than the tenants who pay their fees indirectly through their rent.<br><br>I moved into a supposedly luxury‘new-build’ flat that was filthy, damaged and excessively overheated. The conditions were so bad that they affected my health. Throughout my 13-month tenancy, I was repeatedly given excuses, misled and left chasing the company to resolve ongoing issues.<br><br>I had over a dozen visits from various tradesmen attempting to fix major problems with the flat, yet the whole experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating.<br><br>Despite requesting the landlord’s contact details in writing at the start of my tenancy, they refused to provide them. When it came to the return of my deposit, which should have been dealt with within 10 days under the terms of my tenancy agreement, I did not receive it until day 24, after having to chase them repeatedly.<br><br>What I find particularly frustrating is that they are very quick to send reminders when rent is due, yet getting a timely response or having legitimate tenant concerns addressed is an entirely different matter.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to think carefully before renting through this company. We encountered so much dishonesty, insulting/rude behaviour and general pitfalls and grey areas that would never happen with any company of even modest repute. AVOID at all costs.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again.
