Awful and a complete waste of time, we were running slightly late because of really bad traffic so had pushed our viewing back to 5pm and arrived at the property a few minutes before hand, we went to see if someone was in the property but no answer so called the agent back to which they said "we waited till 5 but we're now back at the office so we'd have to rearrange" I was curious as I said to the agent it's actually 5pm now so how did someone stick around till 5? They then hung up ..... Safe to say I feel bad for whoever is selling that property as this is horrific service. I'm not best pleased that it took us 45 mins to get there to be let down. After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell. ... Read more
