5th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)????? We recently completed the purchase of our new home through Frank Innes Mapperley, and I would like to thank Ethan for all his help throughout the process. From start to finish, Ethan was professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. He kept us informed throughout the transaction and was proactive in helping move matters forward, especially during the final stages leading up to exchange and completion. As with any property transaction, there were a few stressful moments along the way, but Ethan was always on hand to provide updates and reassurance. He was constantly chasing the sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the chain to keep things progressing and ensure we were kept informed. One thing that particularly stood out was Ethan’s communication. He responded to all of my emails, queries, and questions very promptly and was always happy to help. No matter how busy things were, he made sure we received updates and clear answers whenever we needed them. I’m fairly certain Ethan saw my name appear in his inbox more often than he would have liked over the last few months! Despite that, he always responded quickly, professionally, and with great patience. His willingness to answer every question, no matter how small, and chase every update was genuinely appreciated. His communication, dedication, and support helped make what can often be a stressful process much smoother and far less daunting. Thank you again, Ethan, for all your hard work and support. He made the full process very smooth, proactively addressing our needs and communicating throughout. I would without any hesitation recommend Innes England and they will be my number one choice if I require any assistance with commercial properties in the future.
20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)At the start the services were very well didnt know when it was time. To move out i was almost loosing all my deposite. Things pointed out was including weed at the garden for and animal poop" note i lived in with no pets , within 3yrs. There is were and tear. This. Was not to be looked? Being shouted by "manager" to drop the key simply because i had missed time to take the key back as i finished shifting at night . Mind you i made them aware i was to bring the key and i was driving to their office. The level of rudeness was soo bad i was lucky to have the deposite protection otherwise 90% was going away anyway never gain will i want the service. That is my view

All the staff I delt with were friendly and personable and gave the impression they were very happy to help. Made a process that is usually very stressful easy and understandable.

Her expertise, confidence, and approach really set her apart.<br>Ana and Gabrielle and libby deserves a special mention too for there patience and responsiveness—they were always on hand to answer my calls and kept me updated every step of the way, which made the whole process much less stressful.<br>Finally, Lucy has been brilliant in progressing the final stages of the sale, ensuring everything continues to move smoothly towards completion.<br><br>Overall, a fantastic team effort—professional, supportive, and highly effective.
