It turned out to be an excellent decision.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Mark and the team were fantastic. Professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Our sale certainly wasn't without its challenges, but Mark worked tirelessly to keep things moving, regularly going above and beyond to resolve issues and keep everyone informed.<br><br>What really stood out was the level of communication and genuine commitment to getting the sale over the line. We always felt that Mark had our best interests at heart, and his support made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mark and the whole team at Aubrey & Finn. They ignored my emails and when my wife called and spoke to Liberty on the phone she wasn’t very helpful and abrupt, asking why my insurance company needed that. It would have taken 5 minutes just to give us the details for our claim. She said she would email back but I am still yet to hear from the estate agent .
