Also a mention for Mandy who was our contact when preparing our house for sale. The sale became a very lengthy affair but Denise was always trying to move things on with solicitors especially, which at times was less than easy! We were always kept uinformed. They were very mindful of the fact that we were moving an 86 year old who had never been through the experience and the process was explained thoroughly.<br>We would highly recommend.

A brilliant, knowledgeable and friendly team and of special note are Charlie Hill, Assistant Manager, Shane, Priya, Alicia, Xenia, Jaz and the rest of the team. Fraser Stretton would be the first estate agents I would recommend to family and friends.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
